How to report
When calling to report a potential crime, state that you want to report a suspicious person, vehicle, or activity at a specific location. Include a description of the person (persons) or the vehicle with license number, if possible. Many conditions are such that immediate police assistance is unnecessary. You may want to document information on suspicious vehicles and persons in the area. This information can be passed on to the Crime Prevention Unit, where it will be referred to the appropriate division for investigation.
